Der Jethro Tull Frontmann hat sich wieder dem fiktiven Charakter Gerald Bostock gewidmet.

Die 14 Tracks auf “Homo Erraticus” nutzen Schlüsselereignisse in der britischen Geschichte um dann später in Prophezeiungen für die Zukunft überzugehen.
Das 4-Disc Deluxe-Set kommt mit einem 60-seitigem Buch und beinhaltet das Album auf CD, eine Bonus-CD mit Audiokommentaren und “Hotel-Demos”, eine Interview-DVD und eine weitere DVD mit einem 5.1 Surround Sound DTS Mix (nicht verlustfrei). Letzteres ist das Album nur eben auf DVD.
